National Senior Certificate Mathematics examiner from 1999 to 2002.

Provincial Moderator of Grade 11 mathematics papers from 2003 to 2006.

President of National AMESA for 2 years.

Has been deeply involved in Education for 35 years.

Teacher of Mathematics up to grade 12.

Education: JSED (awarded with distinction in mathematics) (SCE); FDE (Professional teaching Diploma awarded with distinction including mathematics and Didactics of mathematics) (SCE); Advanced Training Maths Project (SAASTA); Data Handling (UKZN); Statistics (SASA) and Problem Solving (SAMO).
